Program Description
In this episode we'll follow some very special kittens entering a new phase of their lives, as they leave their littermates and take their first steps into their new homes. As they stake out this brand new territory, discover their primal instincts, reach adolescence and grow into their independence, we'll be there to witness each and every trial, tribulation and triumph! We'll get inside their heads as they use their superhuman senses to understand the world around them and see their secret world from their point of view. We'll follow Peanut and Cashew, two Valkea Ragdoll kittens, as their new Mum and Dad take them home for the first time. As they grow up, we'll see their bond blossom Then there's Ned and Dot, brother and sister Bengal kittens. Ned bravely explores his new home, whilst shy Dot stays in her crate. As Dot finally comes out of her shell, we'll watch this destructive double act gets their teeth into the toilet roll when Mum and Dad are asleep. Meanwhile Sassy, our rescue kitten, is overcoming a challenging start to life as she explores her new home room-by-room, and learns to share it with the age-old enemy - her new family's pet dog. Marley is a moggy who's venturing out into the wilds of Bristol. Using special spy cameras we'll see where he goes, and who he meets, when he leaves the house each morning. Rory, our ginger Tom, has snuck out of the house by himself, and is about to go on his first ever hunt. But luckily for his prey, the friendly neighbourhood peacock, this first-time hunter has a lot to learn before he can stalk and pounce with precision. However, these are skills that Ronnie and Reggie, our two farm kittens, have already perfected. These two brothers patrol their Devonshire residence for rogue rodent intruders, keeping the farm's other animals safe and sound. We'll also meet Benny, the adolescent Bengal, who's about to reach his very first birthday. To celebrate, his Dad has a very special coming-of-age treat in store for him - a catnip plant. And as they grow older, and perhaps a little wiser, we'll see how life settles into a pattern for our kittens, as they embark on the rest of their lives.
